Often yes. We phase the work, dust-seal between live and working areas and run the noisier trades to suit the building, so the rest of the floor keeps functioning while the fit-out goes in.
Yes. On most fit-outs the drylining, ceilings and partitions have to land around the mechanical and electrical works. We sequence with the other trades so ceilings, grilles, sprinklers and lighting integrate cleanly.
